Viper Volleyball Club Try-outs

For the upcoming 2010 Season

Viper Volleyball will host additional try-out sessions for the upcoming 2010 USAV club volleyball season on September 20, 2009, on October 18, 2009 and the final session on October 25, 2009. All try-outs will be held at San Antonio College, 1300 San Pedro, 78212.

During these try-outs we will complete our assessment of each player's skills and determine for our club whether the player has the initial skills to play on a traveling or non-traveling team.

Again this year we are putting together an 11 and under team if we get enough players who are interested. Our goal is to create teams as soon as possible. If necessary, we will hold at least two additional try-outs to complete these teams and to offer openings for our local division. Those try-outs will most likely be in October and in November. We are also interested in putting together a boy's volleyball; our target age group is 10-14.

Everyone should come dressed to participate in an athletic try-out. Please wear spandex or athletic shorts and bring your athletic shoes — try-out tee shirts will be provided. The cost is $50.00. Current Viper players who are members in good standing will receive a $10.00 discount (Viper players: $40.00).

All try-out/application fees are non-refundable.

Age is determined by your age as of 8/31/2010.
